UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS SUBTOTALING $50 OR MORE. PLEASE ALLOW ALL ORDERS 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. ONCE PROCESSED, ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR HOLIDAYS OR NON - BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING COSTS MAY INCREASE DEPENDING ON WEIGHT, VOLUME, POSTAL CODE, AND SHIPPING METHOD. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED USING USPS OR UPS SHIPPING. REMOTE AND INTERNATIONAL AREAS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR DELIVERY. SHIPPING RATES WILL VARY BASED ON PACKAGE WEIGHT AND DISTANCE. RATES WILL BE SHOWN DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS PRIOR TO PAYMENT.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES VARY BASED ON PACKAGE WEIGHT AND DISTANCE. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND 5 - 20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY DEPENDING ON THE SHIPPING OPTION CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER DURING CHECKOUT. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DEPENDS ON YOUR LOCATION AND CARRIER SELECTION. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES MAY APPLY TO SOME INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. THESE FEES FLUCTUATE BY COUNTRY AND BY ORDER VALUE, AND SERENITY COSMETICS HAS NO INFLUENCE OR CONTROL OVER THEM. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS AND / OR IMPORT FEES. BY LAW, WE CANNOT LOWER THE INVOICE VALUE OR SEND THE ORDER AS A GIFT.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION/ LOST PACKAGES:

SERENITY COSMETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE DELIVERED INCORRECTLY OR LOST DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE REVERSED OR CANCELED. 

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REDELIVERY COST. IF FOR ANY REASON THE REDELIVERY FEE IS WAIVED, THE LOWEST PRICED SHIPPING OPTION WILL BE SELECTED WHICH MAY NOT INCLUDE PACKAGE TRACKING.

SERENITY COSMETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

SERENITY COSMETICS TRULY HOPES YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT(S) THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. SERENITY COSMETICS DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES. HOWEVER, IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED AND/OR IN UNUSABLE CONDITION, YOU MUST NOTIFY US VIA EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT. ITEMS THAT HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED OR HAVE BEEN SENT WITH THE WRONG PRODUCTS THAT WERE PURCHASED WITHIN YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER MAY BE REPLACED/EXCHANGED (DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY). DAMAGE DONE AFTER RECEIVING AN ITEM WILL NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
